Kicking off the Weight Loss journey

Today a friend of mine messaged me on Facebook saying she has started the journey to lose weight as she had gained a lot weight during pregnancy.I remember her asking before as well but I guess lacked the motivation/inspiration as most of us because we are busy in our daily lives with other priorities.
