Constipation
Standard definition of constipation refers to bowel movements that are infrequent or hard to pass. Severe constipation includes obstipation (failure to pass stools or gas) and fecal impaction, which can progress to bowel obstruction and become life-threatening.

- Proper Sleep
- Diet as per your body type
- Avoid refined sugar and food containing refined sugars
- Avoid Junk food
- Drink lots of water
- Having foods rich in Vitamin B 12
- Have fruits and vegetables
- Having fresh Yoghurt
- Having Trifala powder or tablets with warm water
- Cut down on alcohol, tea, coffee
- have cucumber daily with lunch and dinner
